Reservations may be cancelled and refunded up to midnight three days before the date of arrival at the establishment. After this time, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be debited. Payment must be made at the hotel on the day of arrival. You may be asked for the credit card number with which you made your booking in order to guarantee your reservation.
